Welcome to my Zoicks.Com Photo Borders/Frames Help Page

A special thanks goes to everyone's favorite Photos/HTML expert, Bob Bull (Bobal), who originally posted this helpful tip.

How To Place a Border or Frame around your Image

This will show you how to add borders around your images to dress them up using simple HTML code.

This adorable puppy can look much more dressed up:

Bailey!

If you add a colored border around the image like so:

Bailey!

Here is the HTML code to do it. You can change the colors to match your image or suit your taste.
This link will open a color chart in a new window for you.
Simply change the numbers in the code below to change the size of the border.

<TABLE BORDER="10" CELLPADDING="5" CELLSPACING="0" BORDERCOLOR="#948679" BORDERCOLORLIGHT="#B59A7D" BORDERCOLORDARK="#60462F" BGCOLOR="#B9AB9E"><TR>
<TD><IMG SRC="http://www.zoicks.com/bailey9mo.jpg" WIDTH="367" HEIGHT="279" ALT="Bailey!"></TD>
</TR></TABLE>

Another highly recommended site is Blacksun Software's ColorMania 2.2 (scroll down towards the bottom of the page). This is a free download to help you extract color codes from your images (if you must be color coordinated, this is the site for you!). Check it out!
